Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Beginners Digital Montessori, we are committed to delivering quality phonics education. We offer a 30-day improvement guarantee and a refund policy under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    • You must have actively participated in all live sessions and completed all assignments.
    • You must follow the instructor’s guidance in and out of the class.
    • If after 30 days, your child shows no improvement, you may request a refund.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] with proof of participation.
    • Supporting documents such as class attendance records, completed assignments, and feedback forms must be provided.
    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  3. Cancellations:
    • Course cancellations before the start date will receive a full refund.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the first 30 days unless the improvement guarantee applies.
  4. Partial Refunds & Special Cases:
    • If a student discontinues due to medical reasons, a partial refund may be considered with valid proof.
    • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability), course rescheduling or alternative arrangements will be provided.
